Ved Buens Ende
Ved Buens Ende was a group of Avant-garde Norwegian metal . He is generally regarded as one of the pioneers of the kind. Their sound is varied and can pass from a Jazz instrumental and calm to Black aggressive metal strewn with happy Blast S. Ved Buens Ende wants to say " At the end of the arc, " in reference to the mythological rainbow Bifröst.
History
Ved Buens Ende was formed in 1994 with Oslo by the beater Carl-Michael Eide. The group obtained a contract with the label English Misanthropy Records. Ved Buens Ende was single by their mixture of many musical elements and the particular song of Eide.The group separated in 1997, after having left a first album Written in Toilets .
April 26th, 2006, Blabbermouth.net announced that Ved Buens Ende met, and worked on new material.
With dimensions of Vicotnik and Carl-Michael Eide, who plays now of the guitar instead of the battery, there are two novel members; Petter " Plenum" Berntsen with low and Einar " Esso" Sjursø with the battery. There are also members of the other group of Eide, Virus. Many fans of the group were surprised by the absence of Hugh Mingay (also known under the name of Skoll), whose place was taken again by Petter Berntsen.
The group separated again in at the beginning of 2007.
