Vaya Idiot Dios

Vaya Con Dios is a Belgian group which was constituted in 1986 around the singer Dani Klein (ex Abeit Adelt, ex Ladies sing the blues, Purple Prose). One finds Dirk Shoufs (bass player), and Willy Lambregt, (guitarist), Jean-Michel Gielen (guitarist), Philippe Allaert (battery).

Their first title “Just has friend off mine” with the Hispanic consonances allures the Belgium but also the France so that 300.000 specimens of this song are sold. A little later Willy Lambregt leaves the group which continues despite everything its career. In 1991, it is with the turn of Dirk Shoufs to leave the group. It from there in particular will be worked with Isabelle Antena, but he dies in 1992.

Since 1996, the group separated, Dani Klein having stopped its musical career. Vaya Con Dios sold 7 million albums and 3 million individual.
