Edvaldo Izidio Neto , more known under the name of Vavá , was a Football Brazilian or born the November 12th 1934 with Recife. It is deceased the January 19th 2002 with Rio de Janeiro. He was an important player of the team of Brazil which gained the world cup 1958 and the world cup 1962. He played station of attacker.

It gained the world cup 1958 and that of 1962 with the team of Brazil. In 1958, Brazil aligned a famous line of attack with Pelé, Garrincha and Vavá.

Vavá marked on the whole 9 goals out of world cup, 5 at the time of the world cup 1958 including 2 finally against the Sweden, and 4 at the time of the world cup 1962 (better striker of the competition).

It was selected 20 times in national team and with marked 14 goals.
