Varangien
The Varangien is the second stage of the Cryogénien, system of the éon Protérozoïque; it extends from the end of the Sturtien (- 650 My) at the beginning of the Édiacarien (- 630 My).
Its end corresponds to that of the Glaciation Varanger.
