Vanga flayer

The Vanga flayer ( Vanga curvirostris (Linnaeus, 1766)) is large a black Vangidae and intermediate white of size between the Artamie with white head and the hooded Falculie.

Description

Vanga flayer measures from 25 to 29 cm.

Subspecies

Vanga flayer is represented by two subspecies:
  • curvirostris ;
  • will cetera with the longer nozzle (27 to 30 mm) and less thick, by the black of the head which is limited to the back of this one and by a broader collar nucal white.
