Valley of Paraíba Paulista
The mésorégion of the Valley of Paraíba Paulista is one of the fifteen mésorégions of the State de São Paulo. It is formed by the meeting of 39 municipalities gathered into six microrégions. It recrouve a surface of 16.179,947 km ² for a population of 2.205.448 inhabitants ( IBGE - 2005 ). Its IDH is of 0,820 ( UNDP/2000 ).
It is raversée by the Rio Paraíba C Sul.
