The valley of Jezreel (in Hebrew: עמקיזרעאל - " Emek Yizreel ", also called the flat of Esdraelon ) is a broad valley in the north of Israel, named in reference to the town of Jezreel located on a hill in the south of the valley. The valley of Jezreel belongs to the Galileo in the northern District of Israel.

The valley of Jezreel is the place of important human, old and modern establishments. The old town of Megiddo is located in the south-west of the valley. More the modern big city is the town of Afoula so called " Capital of the vallée".

The valley of Jezreel is, for the Christians, the site of the future battle of the Armageddon.
