Valley of Conches
The valley of Conches ( German Gommertal in ) is a Vallée Suisse located at horse on the Half-district of Eastern Rarogne and the District of Conches in Valais. Prolonging the valley of the the Rhone until its source with the Glacier of the Rhone, the valley of Conches is very famous for its 100 kilometers of tracks of Ski touring.
Put aside the Valley of the Rhone, the valley of Conches is one of the more large valleys of the Valais. It counts many side valleys borrowed by small rivers which throw all in the the Rhone. One finds on Right Bank the Chietal , the Obertal , the Niedertal , the Trützital , the Minstigertal , the Bieligertal and the Fieschertal and on left bank the Geretal , the Agenetal , the Blinnental , the Rappetal and the Binntal .
