Valley of Aoste Chambave Muscatel passito

The Vallée of Aoste Chambave Muscat passito is an Italian soft white wine containing grapes passerilé (version faded) of the autonomous region Vallée of Aoste equipped with a name DOC. since July 30th, 1985. Only to DOC. the wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located in province of Aoste in the communes of Chambave, Châtillon, Pontey, Saint-Denis, Saint-Vincent and Verrayes.

Organoleptic characteristics

  • color : white straw shining with the gilded reflections

  • odor : intense, aromatic, musky with notes of flower and honey, pointing out jam
  • savor : soft, full, aromatic, slightly bitter.

The Vallée of Aoste Chambave Muscat passito is tasted at a temperature from 6 to 8 °C and it will keep 1 - 3 years.
