Valley of Aoste Arnad-Montjovet
The Vallée of Aoste Arnad-Montjovet is a red Wine Italian of the autonomous region Vallée of Aoste equipped with a name DOC.. since July 30th, 1985. Only to DOC. the wines collected inside the surface of production defined by the decree are entitled. The authorized vineyards are located in province of Aoste in the communes of Arnad, Barge-Saint-Victor, Champdepraz, Hône, Issogne, Montjovet and Verrès.
The red wine of the Vallée of Aoste Arnad-Montjovet answers a schedule of conditions less demanding than the Vallée of Aoste Arnad-Montjovet superiore, primarily in relation to the alcohol content and ageing.
Organoleptic characteristics

color : red clear ruby with reflections garnet
- odor : end, intense, vinous with grass flavors
- savor : dryness, slightly bitter (amarognolo), harmonious.
The Vallée of Aoste Arnad-Montjovet is tasted at a temperature from 15 to 16 °C and it will keep 2 - 5 years.
