Valleroy is a common French, located in the department of the Haute-Marne and the area Champagne-Ardenne. Lucienne Chemet (girl of Albert Chemet and Marie Delaspre), secretary of Town hall of Valleroy (1942-1972), also general secretary of Town hall of the 7 common partners of Saint-Perregrin-on-Vannon (1973-1982), Medal of Vermilion Honor of the National Assembly for services rendered in 1983.
