Valcivières

Valcivières is a common French, located in the department of the Puy-de-Dôme and the area Auvergne.

Geography

Located in the Circus of the same name, Valcivières is bordering on the department of the the Loire. Like its neighbor, Job, it has most of the zones of mountain pastures of the Forez.

History

Administration

The mayor, Jean Voldoire, resigned on November 11th, 2005 without leaving however the Municipal council. It is thus the complete Council which carried out the renewal of the mayor and his assistants of the end of the year 2005. André Voldoire was elected to finish the mandate while waiting for the local elections of 2008.
