Valbert
The Valbert is a Fromage with firm paste produced in the area of the lake St Jean to the Quebec. Resulting from the knowledge to make immigrant Swiss cheesemongers in Quebec, it develops a slightly fruity taste of most interesting which is not without pointing out the Swiss Gruyère.
