Val Kilmer (her complete name is Val Edward Kilmer) is an American actor born the December 31st 1959 with Los Angeles (California, the United States).
Youth
Val Kilmer had an early vocation of actor and was student at the School of dramatic art Julliard. It pushed his friend
Kevin Spacey there to be registered. Besides it begins on the boards and will continue its theatrical career in parallel
with its work for the cinema.
Career
It has a rather difficult reputation of actor, in particular following the very bad relations with the realizer
John Frankenheimer on the turning of the
Ile of Doctor Moreau (
1996). Frankenheimer declared besides that never again it would work again with him.
He was the fifth actor to interpret the role of Batman (in Batman Forever (1995)) and according to its creator Bob Kane, he was his best interpreter. He was to also take part in the turning of Batman and Robin (1997), but that could not be made because of its engagement for the Saint (1997), the role was then taken again by George Clooney.
He also has a talent of undeniable singer. In the film The Doors (1991), where he interpreted the singer Jim Morrison, it interpreted itself several passages of the songs of the Doors and the members of the original group acknowledged to have difficulties in differentiate the voice from Val Kilmer of the original voice of Morrison. Its incarnation of Jim Morrison is one of its most outstanding roles besides, perhaps with its participation in Heat (1995) where he was confronted with legendary actors such as Robert De Niro and Al Pacino.
For a few months, relayed insistent rumors to him have lent the role of Walter “Wally” Sheridan (or that of the Mongoose) in the mini-series event " XIII" who will be diffused soon on M6, according to Serieslive.com.
