Vaisali
Vaisali is an old city of India of the royaune of Licchavi. It was with the site of current Basarh in the State of the Bihar.
The Bouddha went there three years after its awakening and put an end to it to an epidemic of plague.
It is also in this city that took place the second council one century after the Parinirvāṇa of the Bouddha.
