The club resulting the small town from Mirande (3 500 inhabitants in 1975) marked the championship of France by gaining 3 national titles.

History

August 1st Founded in 1975 by Alain Jardel the VAT Mirande accommodated in its center the floret of the French players. The name of Astarac comes from that of the old county whose Mirande was formerly the stronghold. After 3 championships of France (National Female 1A), the club was dissolved the October 24th 1997 for lack of budget.
