Use of the capital letters in Esperanto
In Esperanto, there do not exist strict rules on the use of the capital and the tiny . Their use helps mainly with the clearness of the text. In Esperanto, one uses usually the capital letters:

2. For the first letter of a proper name.
Mia nomo estas has damo. Semi ripozis ĉe the B Alta M aro. - My name is Adam. I rested at the edge of the the Baltic.
3. In certain abbreviations.
PIV - Plena Ilustrita Vortaro - illustrated complete Dictionary
4. To insist on a word or a sentence.
Semi STOLE , sed POVAS fari tion. - I WANT, but I CANNOT do that.
5. As a sign of respect.
Dankon pro V ia letero. - Thank you for Your letter.
In all the other cases, one uses usually the tiny ones.
