Uroš Predić
Uroš Predić , in Serb Cyrillic УрошПредић, (born with Orlovat the December 7th 1857 - died with Belgrade the February 11th 1953), was a realistic painter Serb, one of most important with Paja Jovanović.
Predić is perhaps especially known for its monumental historical compositions, like the Косовкадевојка / Kosovka devojka (the Young lady of Kosovo). It often took as subject the Serb medieval history.
It also painted a great number of portraits.
