Uriel Septim V is a character of the Video game The Elder Scrolls (Birth date: unknown factor - Date of death: 3rd 290). Uriel V was crowned Empereur in 3rd 268, and endeavoured to give again faith in the Empire on its subjects.

Diverting the attention of the internal crises of the Empire, Uriel V launched out in a series of invasions which started in 3rd 276 with the conquest of Cathnoquey. Yneslea followed in 3rd 279, then was the turn of Esroniet in 3rd 284.

In 3rd 288, Uriel V launched out in most ambitious of the conquests: that of the continent of Akavir. It was its first and last error. Uriel V lost the life in 3rd 290 there, at the time of the battle of Ionith.
