Manuel Uribe Garza (born the June 11th 1965) is a famous Mexicain to be the largest man of the world, with a noted weight of 560 kg in 2006. For this reason, it should appear in the edition 2008 of the Livre Guinness of the records.

Suffering from obesity since 20 years, he saw recluse with Monterrey, incompetent to move. However, having undergone since 2006 a medical care which made him lose more than one third of its weight, it should appear in the following edition of the Book of the records as being the person having undergone the most important weight loss (more than 200 kg).
