The Urban community of Arras is a French inter-commune structure, located in the Département of the Pas-de-Calais and the area Nord-Pas-de-Calais.

History

The urban community of Arras is resulting from the urban District of Arras created in 1965, transformed into 1998 in urban community. As the community was creates before the Loi Chevènement, it is not subjected for its purposes of threshold, which explains why the community has less than 500.000 inhabitants.
