Urbain Loiseau
Urbain Loiseau , French jurisconsult, born with Pontarlier in 1801.
One must in Loiseau: Dictionary of the ushers, or general Repertory of the court orders and doctrines, out of matter civil, commercial, criminal and administrative, on the profession, of usher, follow-up of formulas , 1835 - 1836, gr. in-8°, whose one 2nd edition was given in 1844 per Mr. Charles Vergé. Loiseau made appear in collaboration with Mr. has. - F. Teulet, of the editions of the civil code, the code of civil procedure and the unit, of the codes. This last work, carefully re-examined on the official texts, obtained a great number of editions since 1838 until the 19th century. The same jurisconsult composed with Mr. has. - F. Teulet, a Tarif of the procedural documents , in-8°, and a Mémento of the student in right , 1840, in-18. He took share in 1837 with the drafting of the periodic collection, having for title: Jurisprudence of the ushers . Loiseau was one of the principal collaborators of the Recueil of jurisprudence Misters Dalloz. Loiseau died in Paris, the December 2nd 1839.
