The Upper New York Bay (bais higher of New York), than one calls sometimes Upper New York Harbor (port of the North of New York) is the northern part of the maritime space delimited by New York. Upper New York Bay includes thus Manhattan, Long Island, Staten Island, as well as the shores of the New Jersey located in the split. The bay is completed by a strait where the Husdon River throws in the Atlantic Ocean. Upper New York Bay comprises many islands, among which Governor' S Island, Liberty Island, or Ellis Island.
