Unsecured creditor

Creditor not having any guarantee (other but lien general) ensuring the refunding of its credit to him. Not being titular of a right preferably, it intervenes in competition with the other creditors. It has nevertheless actions enabling him to recover its credit (Oblique action and Action paulienne).
