Université of the fine arts of Ho-Chi-Minh-City is a university in the district Binh Thanh, Ho-Chi-Minh-City, more the big city of Vietnam. The predecessor of this school was Ecole of the Drawing founded by the Colonisateur French in 1913, then it became the applications École of the applied arts in 1940. Under the administration of Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam of the south of 1956 has 1975), the school was improved to become the University of Saigon of fine art. University of fine art of Ho-Chi-Minh-City was founded in 1976. In 1981, Vietnamese the Prime Minister decided to found the university.
