The Université of the State of Michigan (in English the Michigan State University or MSU ) is the Public university of the State of Michigan located at East-Lansing with the the United States.

History

The Campus

MSU has 14 male teams and 15 female teams playing Division I-A of NCAA. The teams being called Spartans, their mascot represents a warrior Spartan called Sparty. MSU belongs to division Big Ten Conference and is the only school to have gained several titles at the same time in American football and tennis shoe.

The Brass band Spartan Marching Band takes part in each sports event.

Tennis shoe

The male team of Basketball of MSU gained twice the American championship of NCAA in 1979 with Magic Jonhson and in 2000 with Morris Peterson. The team currently resides at Breslin Student Events Center.

December 13rd, 2003, the meeting between Michigan State University and University off Kentucky entered the history while becoming the match of tennis shoe having had the greatest number of spectators. The match take place in Ford Field, in Détroit, in Michigan and gathered 78.129 spectators.
