The University of Data processing (ESI), also called since 2001, SUPINFO , is an establishment of Higher education French private in Informatique general practitioner created in 1965 and recognized by the State by decree of the January 10th 1972.

SUPINFO has the role to form in five years of the specialists in the Technologie S of the Information and the Communication (TIC) operational in company at their exit of the school. It to them is then delivered a title of Expert in data processing and information systems recorded by the State with the National directory of professional certifications to the level I (Bac+5).

History

The ESI was created in 1965 by Léo Rozentalis, an engineer Supélec seeing data processing like a field of study to whole share. From a legal point of view, the school is a “Association law of 1901”. What makes of it a non-profit organization.

The school in difficulty was taken again by a former student, Alick Mouriesse, in 1999. This one bought mark SUPINFO, that the ESI uses since 2001.

SUPINFO worked since 2001 with the S]], [[Baccalaureat sciences and industrial technologies|STI]] or [[Baccalaureat sciences and technologies of laboratory|STL]], on file. The admission is possible also in the course of course with Bac+1, Bac+2 and Bac+3, after higher learning in data processing. The students teaching members of laboratories of SUPINFO regularly publish articles and research tasks on Internet sites of the laboratories available for the community of the students of other establishments but also for the companies. ===Diplômes=== SUPINFO is not a '' school of engineers '' within the meaning of [[the Commission of the titles of engineers|CTI]]. The course of SUPINFO makes it possible to obtain one [[European Master off Science Dismantles]] delivered by [[EABHES]] ('' European Accreditation Board for Higher Education Schools '' - European College of accreditation of the Universities and the Universities), an associative private institution with European vocation which gathers private schools and public of all Europe and aims at facilitating the exchanges between them. The school off opens in 2007 two '' International Masters Science '' into 3 {{E}} cycle in partnership with SUPINFO the U.K. with [[London]] and SUPINFO Canada with [[Montreal]], one in Systems and Networks and the other in Business Intelligence. In addition to the diploma delivered by the school, all the pupils of SUPINFO obtain several official professional certifications of [[Microsoft]], [[Oracle Corporation|Oracle]], [[Cisco Systems|Cisco]], [[International Business Machines Corporation|IBM]], [[Sun Microsystems]], [[Mandriva]], [[Novell]] or [[Apple]].
SUPINFO also proposes a professional training center continuous and of preparation to data-processing certifications: '' SUPINFO Training Center ''. ===Coûts of the formation=== The training costs are identical whatever the selected site and rise with 4990€ per annum. Recognized by the State, SUPINFO accepts directly and officially stock exchange students of [[CROUS]]. Those represent more than 32% of the registered students.
