University of State de Saint-Pétersbourg
the University of State of Saint-Pétersbourg (Санкт-ПетербургскийГосударственныйУниверситет, СПбГУ) was founded on a decree of Pierre Large the on January 28th, 1724. It is located on the Vassilevski island opposite the Neva.
