University of Rome Tor Vergata

The University of Rome “Tor Vergata” (in Italian, Università degli studi di Roma " Tor Vergata" ) is one of principal the Université S Italy, based in Rome.

It is also called Rome II , having been founded to mitigate the too high number of the students of " Sapienza" (Rome I).

The site of Tor Vergata , was before the construction of the university, the gathering place of the world Journées of youth, in the month of August 2000.
