University of Coventry

The university of Coventry (in English: Coventry University ) is a British university known as post-1992 located at Coventry in England, the United Kingdom. History

The history of the university of Coventry goes up until in 1843 with the creation of the Coventry College off Design . In 1970, the Coventry College off Art , the Lanchester College off Technology and the Rugby College off Engineering Technology amalgamated to form the Lanchester Polytechnic . In 1987, the establishment was famous in Coventry College off Design and in 1992, following the Further and Higher Education Act , it was seen granting the statute of university and taken the final name of Coventry University (University of Coventry).
