The universe of THX 1138, is a uniform universe, the dominant color is the white.

The situation

To live a city under ground, it would seem that the ground underwent many upheavals. Moreover, the forces in charge of the order, are not the human ones, but police officer-robots, ultra-violent ones, but who seem capable of human bonds (like lending the bludgeon to the children, reassuring people, etc…). There exists only little of human contact between people.

Capacity

The capacity seems assured by a kind of caste, who has a force of information and terrible repression. The leaders have access to the conversations of people, they can see them and hear them. It also seems to exist a legal system, when THX 1138 is condemned to have to make love, there will be a lawsuit, where the lawyer and the customer are separate.

Police officer-robots

The police officer-robots are like police truths, except that they are not human. They are vêtus of black and rather high boots. Their clothing is grinding. They are equipped with a bludgeon black, which seems to be able to paralyze people and of radioactive piles to function. They seem to be capable of human contacts and have human movements. Their face resembles that of human. The police officers robots, are all-of-even very repressive.

The city

The city under ground, is always of white color, and people also are equipped in white, which makes contrast with the police officers robots. Majority of walking people, but there exist all the same cars and other means of transport.

Sexual relations

People not having more the right to make love, it seems that the masturbation is authorized, because the sexual relations between human are prohibited.

Food

People are nourished with kinds of small sponges and pills of colors, reds and yellows.
