Universe number

A number universe , is a Nombre in which one can find any succession of figures finite length. Thus if it is imagined that one codes a book according to a series of figures, one will find in a universe number all the already written books and to come, of course it may be that to find a book it is necessary to go back to an abyssal decimal. In addition, for to recognize the contents of a book, it are necessary already in having the text to carry out this recognition… what removes some interest with research in question.

The Constante of Champernowne in is an example in the Base 10. It is not yet known if pi is a universe number.
