United States Road Racing Championship

USRRC , acronym of United States Road Racing Championship , was an American automobile championship organized by the SCCA (Sports Because Club off America).

The USRRC was a championship putting at the catches cars of the " type; sport" (Great Tourism and Prototypes). Organized of 1963 to 1968, it yielded the place as from 1969 to the championship Edge-Am, also organized by the SCCA. The championship was started again in 1998 and 1999 in order to compete with the IMSA, then was famous Large-Am as from 2000.
