Unipotentielle lens
A unipotentielle lens , or lens of Einzel , is an electrostatic device intended to focus a beam of Ion S.
One uses some in the methods of Spectrometry mass (of which the SIMS and tomographic atomic probes), in the implanteurs and particle accelerator .
