Unipersonal joint stock company simplified

The Unipersonal Joint stock company Simplified , or SASU , is the Entreprise of a natural person or morals which creates a Joint stock company Simplified (SAS) of which it will be single the Actionnaire. This situation can also result from the meeting in the hands of only one person of the actions of a Joint stock company Simplified.

SASU has the advantage of facilitating the later development of the company by the means of the mode of the joint stock companies:

  • freedom for the transfer of the actions
  • freedom of organization of operation

Characteristics of a SASU :

  • legal Personality: Personnel morals (gathers one or more natural persons)
  • Responsabilité: Limited to the contributions (i.e. the associate cannot be continued on his personal inheritance for debts contracted by the company).
  • Capital minimum: 37.000 €
  • Leader: President named by the Board of directors
  • Sale of the Capital: Free transfer of the actions
  • Advantages/disadvantages: Little risk, only one leader, statute and very flexible management, capital high minis
  • Standard of company: Start-up
