Ungava

Ungava is a provincial electoral constituency Quebec. Its territory covers primarily the area North-of-Quebec. Also, its current deputy is Luc Ferland, of the Parti Québécois, elected at the time of the Québécois general election of 2007.

History
The district of Ungava was created in 1980. It was then made of part of the districts of Abitibi-Is, of Abitibi-West, Duplessis and Roberval, on the one hand, and of part of the localities of Akulivik and Caniapiscau, on the other hand.
