Uncommonmenfrommars is a group of Punk rock'n'roll French.

History

The history starts with Washington, cd. by the birth of the three brothers: the twins Trint (guitar-song) and Daf (battery-song) like ED (song-guitar). Arrived towards 1986 in France and more precisely in Ardeche where they are joined by Jim (low-song), they found the group Uncommonmenfrommars ( often shortened in UMFM ) at the end of the Nineties.

They leave quickly a first EP, Uncommonmenfrommars . They sign in 2000 at Wagram and leave in the tread a second EP, Welcome To… , with a sound very garage . For the recording of their first album in 2001, they fly away for the the United States and more precisely with the Motor Studio of San Francisco to work with (NOFX, Lagwagon, etc). The result is Vote For Me which leaves in June 2001 from where are extracted the individual Pizzaman , Coconut Island and TV Star . After a long round, they decide to carry out a new EP with the assistance of Steve Albini (Pixies, Nirvana, etc), acoustics this one, bearing the name of Kill The Fuse . It leaves in April 2003.

One year later (at the end of April 2004) leaves their second album, Noise Pollution (always produced by Ryan Greene) carried by the individual You edge Be evil . They take time to record their concert of June 5th, 2004 in the Plan of Laugh-Orangis within the framework of a CD/DVD Live One Earth . One year and half later, work with the worship group of the punk French rock'n'roll Burning Heads gives rise to Split Incredible Rock Machine where each group plays 4 new titles and a recovery, one of the four news being sung by the other group. This CD leaves the October 13rd 2005. Uncommonmenfrommars occurs on some dates in California and Arizona with in particular Jet Sex in December 2005 - January 2006 and record in same time with Scottsdale, Arizona their third album, Scars Are Reminders still produced by Ryan Greene. This one leaves the March 27th 2006 at (H) ome. From March 17th to May 5th, the group leaves in round to Europe with Burning Heads for the Incredible Rock Machine Tower which supports their Split as them two respective albums ( Bad Time For Human Kind for the group orléanais).

Following the signature of the group on American label EM Dash Music making it possible to leave Scars Are Reminders to the United States, the group will leave in round on the other side of the Atlantic to the re-entry 2006.
