Ulrich Beck (born the May 15th 1944 with Stolp, today Słupsk in Poland) is a German Sociologue.
It is interested in the consequences of the changes brought by the developments Industriel S and technological. In particular, it notes a change of company, where the key question is the spread of the risk. He also wonders about a company to come within the framework from the Mondialisation, where the value of the future could be the Cosmopolitisme.
Beck insists on the tolerance with the risk which, according to him, while dropping, augemente the request for assurability.
