Uli Jon Roth is a guitarist virtuoso of rock'n'roll of German origin born with Dusseldorf in December 1954.

Its fluid and fast play is related with that of Jimi Hendrix.

He in particular was the guitarist of the group of Hard rock “Scorpions” (1973-1978). He took part (composition, guitar, song) with this group in 5 albums (of which an album live, " Tokyo Tapes").

After its departure of the group “Scorpions” it founds the group “Electric Sun” with which it records 3 albums until 1985. Uli Jon Roth also composed of more original works bringing closer electric guitar and classical music.
