Udo Kier (born Udo Kierspe the October 14th 1944 with Cologne) is a German actor.

He began his career as protected Rainer Werner Fassbinder but he is mainly known for his multiple roles of vampires. He also appears in films of Lars von Trier with which he is friendly.

He is also known to have played the part of Yuri in Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2.
