Udders of Tirésias
the Udders of Tirésias is a Play of Guillaume Apollinaire, created with the Théâtre Maubel the June 24th 1917 in a setting in scene of Pierre Albert-Birot.
Apollinaire has subtitle his part: surrealist drama “” (word that he invents for the occasion and which was taken again thereafter with success that one knows). The first of the part is a great scandal.
Adaptations
- 1945 : Francis Poulenc composes a Opera-puffs out while making use of the part of Apollinaire like booklet.
- 1982 : Jean-Christophe Averty draws a televisual work from it.
