The Ub , in Serb Cyrillic Уб, is a river of the west of the Serbia. Its length is of 57 km. It is the longest affluent of the Tamnava.

Ub belongs to the basin of drainage of the Black Sea; its own basin covers a surface of 274 km ². The river is not navigable.

Ub takes its source with the mount Vlašić in the area of Podgorina in the west of the Serbia, close to the village of Kasapo. Of its source to its mouth, the river runs in direction of the east, parallel with the Tamnava, to which it will link its water.

The villages located on the upper part of its course are Družetić, Pambukovica and Čučuge, where Ub is directed towards north. The river crosses the villages of Tvrdojevac and Zvizdar, then the small town of Ub, which draws its name from the river.

Ub continues its race towards north and meets Tamnava close to the village of Šarbane.
