UMPS is initials which can mean:

U NITE M OBILE OF P REMIERS S ECOURS (U.M.P.S.), association of civil security whose missions are: estimated devices of help, medical help, missions humane, rescue-clearing. There exist two U.M.P.S. in France: the U.M.P.S. 91, and the U.M.P.S. 37.
