the Financial Union of France Banks is a French company . It is a bank council in creation of inheritance, it is with dimensions with the Bourse de Paris and member of the index CAC Mid 100.
History
The company Movable Diffusion is created in 1968 and famous the Financial Union of France when it is transformed into financial institution in 1978. In 1987, Indosuez takes a majority stake, whereas Aviva Life acquires 10% of the capital of the UFF. In 1997, Indosuez yields its share has Aviva Life which takes a majority stake.
