U-God

Lamont Hawkins alias U-God (or Goldan Arms , Baby U , 4-Bar Killer , Lucky Hands ), born the October 11th 1970 is a Rap fear, member of the group of Staten Island Wu-Tang Clan.

U-God made some appearances on the albums of Wu-Tang like on the albums solos of members of Wu-Tang such as GZA, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah or even Cappadonna. Its first album solo Golden Arms Redemption leaves in 1999 and is a commercial failure. U-God invites certain members of Wu-Tang like some relation like Sunz Of Man or its “foal” Leatha Face, the whole on productions of Rza, Bink, John The Baptist, Homocide, Omonte, Hak Da Navigator, True Master & Inspectah Deck.

Then in 2004, U-God leaves an album under the name of U-Godz-illa in which it introduces rappeurs like Leatha Face, Black Ice, Inf-Black… The album receives critical warm welcome.
