Types of charts in Counter-Strike
The standard of chart available in the video game Counter-Strike are the following:
Official types of chart
- Map ace ( assassination )

One of the members of the anti-terrorist team takes by chance the role at the beginning of handle of a V.I.P.. The goal of the team is to keep alive this character to a definite zone of the chart. If the V.I.P. is eliminated by the terrorists, the anti-terrorists lose the sleeve. The V.I.P. is single and its appearance does not resemble any of those of the other characters; it is thus easily locatable by the terrorists. The V.I.P. has of a gun and a knife, a bullet-proof jacket of 200 points of armor instead of the 100 usual ones and a helmet.
the goal of the anti-terrorists is to find a group of hostages protected by the terrorists and to release them. Victory their cost if they release at least half of it. The terrorists as for them gain the sleeve by eliminating all the anti-terrorists and by avoiding the rescue of the hostages. The group of hostage is placed on the starting place of the terrorists; one of the strategies is thus there to remain and there to await the anti-terrorists.
the goal of the terrorists is to place a bomb (of C4) in one of the two definite zones (zone has and zone B) and to prevent the anti-terrorists from defusing the bomb. This one explodes at the end of 35 seconds, giving the immediate victory to the terrorists. If the bomb is defused, if all the terrorists are killed or if the bomb did not explode at the end of the sleeve, the victory is allocated to the anti-terrorists. The bomb is allotted to a terrorist by chance at each beginning of handle, and the anti-terrorists can buy a kit of draining which reduces half the time necessary to the draining. During the explosion, all the players being in the zone of deflagration are killed.
the terrorists begin there in a strengthened zone and must escape from it to join a definite zone on other side of the chart. So at least 50% of the team succeed in fleeing, the terrorist team is victorious.

Small chart of drive to the shooting, one or more weapons.
Small chart of drive to AWP.

Chart simultaneously having the objectives of the charts “cs_” and the charts “de_”: There are hostages and a site of bomb.
Small charts resembling the maps “fy_”.
Small chart generally amusing, comparable with a chart “fy_”.
Small chart with a centrist block, on which all the weapons are on the ground.
Small chart on which the players clash only with grenades.
Small chart on which the players clash only with the knife.
Petite chart on which the players make climbing, the goal being to go up highest possible while benefitting from many the bugs of the play.
It is a type of map in the form of stage of foot where there is a balloon, goals, and it goal is to mark in the opposing side. Thanks to the
experiment gained by killing an unfavourable player, by marking a goal or by keeping the ball more the possible for a long time, it is possible to buy capacities.

Chart where the players must make things like jumping from a giant building and trying to arrive in a water basin.

There exist other types of chart, less known, and much of other charts without prefixes, as those with machines which it is possible to operate.
