Types of bank credits

With the private individuals

Leasing

Leasing or leasing is a contract by which one of the parts (the leasor), is committed providing to the other part the pleasure of a tangible personal property at a determined price, that the latter begins to pay periodically. This type of credit contains an option to buy at the end of the contract. (example: the hiring of a car with possibility of acquiring it at the end of the contract)

Consumer credit

  • credit or affected loan, example: credit car
  • Installment purchase or hire-purchase
The hire-purchase is defined as any contract of credit which must normally carry acquisition of a tangible personal property (electric household appliances, vehicle, etc) and whose price discharges in periodic payments, in 3 payments at least, this not included/understood installment. An installment from at least 15% of the selling price must be versed to the salesman with the signature of the contract. As long as the installment is not paid, the sale does not exist.
  • Ready with personal temperament or ready
It is a contract of credit under the terms of which is placed at the disposal of the consumer an amount of money which will be refunded by periodic payments. It is not intended to finance a quite precise purchase but to make it possible the borrower to face expenditure such as consecutive expenses with family events, medical expenses, expenses of studies, taxes, expenses of restoration, etc As it is not related to a purchase invoice of a determined good, interest rate used is higher than that requested by the financing of a quite precise purchase, because the bank does not have security (related to a thing) as it would be the case for the financing of a car. Refunding is always monthly and interest rate is often presented in the form of a monthly loading.
