Synopsis

Some share on the Moon, in a colony, retorts coarse of Paris cut in two steps one - Berlin Wall, reigns President-Dicacteur Mac Bee (Michel Piccoli). But this last is sick, and the emblematic blue task that it carries on its nape of the neck does not finish any extending. Very effrondre for Mac Bee, a mysterious killer one by one assassinates the members of his family. One day one striking down new falls: Tykho Moon (Johan Leysen) would be alive. It is the hope of cure of Mac Bee, which sends its troops to its research… Only, Tykho is corroded by amnesia.
