It is the last film in which Pauline Lafont played, accidentally deceased the following year.

Synopsis

A small town of the south of France. Blazing sun, deserted streets. Badly shaved, badly capped, Vic came, at the wheel of sound 4/4, to seek Cat, his wife, at her exit of the psychiatric hospital where it purged a 5 years sorrow to have killed their child. But is she really cured?
