Two Worlds
the Two Worlds is a founded company of theater in January 1973 under the name of Théâtre of the Kids by, in particular, Monique Rioux and Daniel Meilleur, which acts today still as artistic co-directors. Type-setter appointed as of the first years, Michel Robidoux joint with the artistic director in 1989.
The statute of non-profit-making corporation is acquired in May 1975. On its side, the Canadian government recognizes the Two Worlds as organization of charity. In December 1992, the company adopts like new denomination the Two Worlds ; for its leaders, this one translated best the artistic orientations developed during the Années 1980, which were marked by a diversification of public of all ages and an opening growing on the world, such as the international diffusion to the company and the nature even of its spectacles testify some. In November 1996, it inaugurates the production center which it made build with Montreal and of which it is owner.
